Miriam is an aviation lawyer based in our Frankfurt office. Her expertise is in litigation and strategy for passenger rights claims under regulation EU 261/2004, the Montreal Convention or other consumer aviation laws. Her legislative and regulatory expertise ranges from aircraft accidents and personal injury claims to regulatory compliance matters. She has successfully represented numerous large corporates in complex aviation disputes.
Miriam tailors her approach for each individual case, devising strategy that aligns with the commercial objectives of the client. She ensures that each case is analyzed and outcome is both commercially and reputationally beneficial to her client.
Miriam has extensive knowledge of the legal frameworks governing aviation. She maintains this knowledge to adapt to evolving regulations and emerging trends in the aviation industry.
Miriam has a comprehensive legal education, having studied at Universities in Bonn and Madrid with a focus on European and international business law. She completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Rostock and was admitted as a lawyer in 2023. Through further study and educational stays in Warsaw and Vienna, she was able to gain deeper experience in international legal questions.
Miriam speaks fluent English, Spanish, Polish and German.
In her spare time, Miriam plays the violin. She has been playing for over 15 years and is currently a member of an orchestra.
