Esther Schmid is Chief Operations Manager and heads the German office of Oracle Solicitors. With over 20 years of professional experience in management and leadership positions in medium-sized companies and international consulting firms, she has extensive experience in the areas of corporate governance, finance, HR and compliance.

She is responsible for developing and implementing Oracle Solicitors' strategic plans in the German market. This also includes ensuring high quality standards in the legal advice we provide to our clients.

Esther holds a degree in International Business and is certified in ESG risk assessment and integrated management systems. She has lived and worked in France, Japan, Italy and the USA.
