Özlem Yagiz is a licensed lawyer and our counterpart for aviation law. She also advises Oracle Solicitors in the areas of energy law and litigation.

As part of her work at Oracle Solicitors, Özlem has been responsible for several proceedings before the German Federal Court of Justice (BGH X ZR 118/22, 119/22) and for preliminary ruling proceedings before the European Court of Justice (C-54/22, C-474/22).

She studied law at the Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main, specializing in intellectual property and energy law. Özlem then did her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main.

After completing her studies, she worked for a medium-sized law firm specializing in corporate law and intellectual property.
