Benjamin Kutzer is a qualified lawyer at Oracle Solicitors, specialising in compliance, corporate law and aviation law.

He studied law at the Freie Universität Berlin and the University of Sheffield. During his studies, he worked as a legal tutor at the Freie Universität Berlin. He completed his academic specialisation in criminal law and criminology. After his first state examination, he deepened his skills in teaching legal knowledge as a lecturer at the examination review course Hemmer Berlin/Brandenburg and as a research assistant at a boutique law firm specialising in commercial criminal law.

He completed his legal clerkship at the Court of Appeal, gaining experience at the Federal Foreign Office (Berlin headquarters) and at an international commercial law firm.
