His expertise lies in litigation and strategy, focusing on passenger rights claims under regulation EU 261/2004, the Montreal Convention, and other consumer aviation laws. From aircraft accidents to personal injury claims and regulatory compliance matters, Michal possesses comprehensive legislative and regulatory knowledge.

Michal has a track record of successfully representing major corporations in intricate aviation disputes.

Michal is further responsible for advising clients on a wide range of other legal issues in the aviation industry. This includes providing legal guidance on aircraft financing, leasing, regulatory compliance, as well as corporate disputes. He also assists clients with commercial contracts.

Michal maintains a comprehensive knowledge of the aviation sector helping clients to navigate the complex legislation.

He studied law at the renowned University of Potsdam and completed his legal clerkship at the Brandenburg Higher Regional Court. He has been admitted as a lawyer since 2022.
